| Large rings and small rings produced in double spiral forms keep a difference between internal and external biofacies to create suitable anaerobic/aerobic conditions to repress excessive attachment and/or sloughing of biofilms while keeping ideal contact between liquid and gas, thereby improving the efficiency in bio reaction tank |

Product Characteristics
1) Use highly-durable nylon fiber to allow long-term use.
2) As it is designed in ideal double spiral shape with small and large rings with more than 1.0 §³/m surface area, it enlarges
the contact surface between air and liquid.
3) Use Nylon BCF fiber that is excellent in initial bacteria attachment capacity thereby shortening the time required for
normalization.
4) Double spiral form allows great contact between air and liquid; prevents anaerobic state in microbes; and there is no
drooping or cutting with less resistance to the current
5) Porosity: Keeps over 95% porosity so as to retain sufficient bacteria; prevents anaerobic state in microbes and prevents
bacteria from sloughing. |

types
- ASCOra: For river purification, to achieve higher efficiency for a short staying time, the textile is made denser to increase
- ASCOra: bacteria retention rates
- ASCOwa: For wastewater treatment, designed in low density to employ in aeration tank in wastewater treatment facility that
- ASCOra : requires high MLSS concentration to prevent anaerobic transformation of the interior of biofilm
- ASCOsa: For sewage treatment, applied to river or sewage that are relatively easier to treat.
