- Property

- How to apply
¥°  Prepare for application (use compressed air or brush)
 Clean the surface to apply and remove any oil, paint, laitance, etc. and spray enough water on the site (not to make a pool) Frame helps prevent material leakage
 
¥±  Mixing
 Use freshwater free from salts then measure the amount of water to make a dough with necessary adhesiveness. Use one pack (25§¸) with 3.75~4.75§¤ water then mix with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes then apply
 
¥²  Injection
  - Inject and tap on the material in every corner.
  - Continuously inject the material from one side and be careful not to trap air inside.
  - If possible inject from a higher place.
  - It is ideal to carry out injection with a pump
 
¥³  Curing
 Avoid ground vibration, high temperature, direct sunlight and cure in humid condition for 3 to 7 days
 
- Note
1. After application, avoid impacts for 24 hrs.
2. Mix in a place near application site and use mixed material as soon as possible.

- How to apply
¥°  General
 1. After applying concrete (or mortar), level the ground then spay about 2§¸/§³ before surface hardens.
 2. When the color of color hardener material gets darker from absorbing moisture from new concrete, tread on
   the surface with wooden soil knife.
 3. To complement the 1st spreading, spray again on the surface and finish with iron soil knife.
 4. For large area, use machine to finish leveling the floor
 
¥±  Direct application of concrete
 1. After casting concrete, apply the color hardener without a mortar treatment
 
 ¡Ø Curing: Normally it needs 1 week curing period. In a place with heavy load, cure for about 20 days.
 
 - Color: brown / green/ gray
 
- Note
   1. Heating is necessary during the winter season when temperature drops below 5¡É.
   2. Special care to be taken for curing during hot summer season.
   3. When applying to existing floor, remove oils and dirt and peck the surface
